Where are the all recipes? (issue 5!) I was really looking for a magazine that had a bit more sophisticated recipes and tricks from real chefs and patisseurs. I saw the magazine on Instagram, so did not know much before aboutit. As a hobby baker, I don't have that much use for all the stories about chefs& industry. I rather have their tricks and recipes. There were a few in the magazine, but not as much as I hoped for. Too bad, will not be an abo for me. I am probably the wrong target group.

We’re very confused by the review since the latest issue (Spring 2020) had 12 complete recipes from industry pastry chefs. Maybe you didn’t see them? In addition to recipes, we do have chef profiles, trends, products, and more, as we list in the app description, since it’s a trade publication, which many enjoy reading about.

I truly enjoyed reading the first issue. it fills the hole in my life, left by the loss of Pastry Art and Design magazine. And to a lesser degree Food Arts as well. I like magazines and prefer to read in that format rather than searching for content myself on the web or some chef/restaurant website. Keep it coming!

I am a professional pastry chef and find Pastry Arts Magazine outstanding for the fantastic content: the in depth articles on pastry professionals, recipes, new tools, equipment and techniques that are covered in each issue. The magazine is really invaluable to a professional and I look forward to reading every issue. Also I want to add that the customer service for the magazine is notable as I asked a question about my subscription and was answered quickly and with great regard.
